Our 1st outlet, Citi Office Machine Sdn Bhd was first established in Penang in 1995 with a few staffs. As a young and dynamic company with a clear mission to provide first class products and after sales service with a reasonable pricing to private, corporate, SMI,GLC and government agencies. We are proud of our achievements today, as we have emerged as one of the reputable market leader and documentation solutions provider to over 3500 satisfied customers with our Branch in Kuala Lumpur in 2001. With our Kuala Lumpur & Penang branches, nevertheless our ever-expanding customer base affirmed their confidence and TOTAL CUSTOMER SATISFACTIONS in our proven service track record. Growth were further enhance with the setting up of our importation division for Used photocopier & OEM photocopier Parts through our group of companies Eurocopier (M) Sdn Bhd in 2007 & Eurocopy Parts Sdn Bhd in 2009 respectively. The total number of work force has ever since grew to more than 150 staffs and we are professionally The Photocopier Specialist focusing in 1 product to deliver the best product & after sales service. We are proud to be appointed as Authorise Sales & Service partner for Brand New copier by Canon Marketing (M) Sdn Bhd in 2010, Samsung Electronic (M) Sdn Bhd in 2015 & Ricoh (M) Sdn Bhd in 2018. In 2005 we also registered with the Ministry Of Finance as a Bumiputra Status Supplier & actively participating for government tender projects.

Our New Unit & Reconditioned photocopier sales promotions are all year round, ranging from free gifts, low percopy meter charge, interest free repayment plan to obligation free 1 (one) month trial period & free copies package, just to name a few. The most preferred scheme was the Rent to Own scheme, where the customer pay an advance payment with the balance repayment through out a period of 24-60 months (2-5 years) and automatically owns the photocopier at the end of the repayment period. Our Technical teams has ever since grew to more than 35 field Technicians at Kuala Lumpur & Penang ensuring all breakdown complaint calls are attended to latest the next business day. Our daily technical attendance to our field breakdown complaint call on the same day are as high as 60%. Our downtime to our priority corporate and government customers are only 4(four) working hours. That made us your ultimate choice, if you looking at the level of downtime response to ensure productivity at your side. All our field Technicians are well trained by our brand principal, highly motivated & qualified to handle most breakdown complaint calls while keeping all Return Call to the lowest.
